I grew up in a completely uptight family. Thanks to a wonderful girlfriend from a libertine nudist family, I discovered the freedom of nudism and the liberating experience of sharing intimate moments with another couple. Nowadays, I feel most comfortable when I am naked 24 hours a day (sometimes even where I shouldn't be).
Nudism is also a deeply enriching social experience for me. I used to be shy and hesitant, but embracing this world has helped me open up to others, feel more confident and shed my inhibitions.
