When going to a beach I often have to cover up temporarily. I wear a scarf slung over one shoulder in the form of a toga. The scarf is wide enough to cover me after a fashion. The material is light and lifted by the slightest breeze. I just consider it's not my fault if that happens even though everything is exposed. Incidentally it is always obvious that I'm naked under the toga as it is completely open down one side. And some are see-through. I also wear them to go out in the evening or to a tourist attraction - amongst textiles in textile locations.
