Sitges is my opinion after 35 years of cruising in 3 continents and over (more than a thousand and more than that) enoucnters, one of the best sex crusing spaces l;eft in tje world for gay men. Obviously I think it is best at the start of the season and at the end. When July and August roll around it is too crowded and hot. What I found in early October was 200 men scattered around teh area, very firendly diverse, and everyone was open to sex. No rude rejections, no bitchy comments, just smiles and kindness and hard cock for as far as the eye can see.
I stayed at the Hotel Celimar. It is in what is called "Old Sitges" but within a block or two of the shopping district and the gay bars. The windows open directly to the promenade and to the sea. It is reasonably priced. Not luxurious by any means but perfect for my needs. it is about a 10 minute walk to the largest gay nude beach. It is not a gay hotel.
