Return to DiscussionsI have upset a bunch of men in another group by preaching modoration, or rather cotraception, during sex.
We all enjoy life and may aspire to a rich and varied sex life. I just have two boundaries. One is any sort of sex with children and the other is creating life reclessly.
I had argued against "Breeding" which I understand is where a group of men inseminate a woman with the intention of making her pregnant. My concirn is for the unborn child. I pointed to the love, care and endless hard work needed to bring up a child.
Someone likened it to donating sperm to a childlass couple. I was dumfounded. The couple would chose the donor carefully with genes that give the unborn child the best start in life. If the woman wanted to be inseminated directly she could do so sucessfully with several attempts by a chosen, firtile male.
I think it is degrading to the woman and not the way to bring a child into the world. Am I just being a kill-joy?
Wow. Guys that you describe seem to be going on an ego trip--most likely due to low self-esteem.
I agree with you, Ollygrumps. Sex should only be done between consenting adults and done with respect for the women along with the potential offstring.
