i gotta agree with some view as public but other than a nude beach and a few other places being nude in public will most likely get you arrested. if nude in public ie going to town , bank , shopping ,library etc was made legal tomorrow i'd go immediately but i don't see it happening but i think a beach tourist town would become rich if they did .
