It will smart but it quites pretty soon, takes a while to heal but looks so good its worth it, I have 7

Go for it.I just got 18 done and hardly felt it. Just at the underside of youre sack , she skin is a litle bit thicker and harder to pierce. Those can hurt a little bit while they pierce it.Grtz
