I have 5 piercings - both nipples, my fraenum, a PA and a sack piercing. Only the PA and nipples were done professionally, the others I did myself. And the professional ones were the most painful and have needed the most aftercare. They are all comfortable but I know they are there.
That is a well placed barbell.
I would guess the one at the base next to your body will take a year or so to fully heal as long as it its.
Thats the longest (thru the most body)piercing that I believe that I've seen.

I think the long Pubic (base of cock) piercing has already healed and is OK. It was done Early in September and is not really that deep. I had used the barbell on two previous piercings which failed. One right through the centre of my shaft was too painful when erect. It woke me up several times each night (I hadn't known I had so many night time woods) and only lasted 5 to 6 weeks. The other through the center of my scrotum became inflamed after about 3 weeks. Needless to say, neither is recommended.
Incidentally I added two Hafadas today.
