I have been up to the Oregon/Washington area many times on my bikes and can tell you that the most beautiful place to go is the Olympic Peninsula. The coast is great as well but this is much different. The best dates to avoid rain are last 2 weeks of July-first 2 weeks of August. Good Luck, have fun. Rusty
