I am the same commando 24/7 love how it feels and balls being able to swing about in shorts or pants the breeze up my leg and being able to see my bulge through them. Add a little something to the sack might help them hang lower.

I have lots of scrotal piercings with big heavy rings. Naturally low hanging but that makes me hand lower. Love the feeling as I walk naked. Especially love opportunities to get naked outdoors. Folsom Street Fair naked bike rides you name it. Low hangers rock n
