Bag stolen at park yesterday 11/9/2022
Return to DiscussionsYesterday a bag thief stole a backpack in the park. The gentleman laid his towel down and placed his backpack on the towel and took a stroll around the park. When he returned, his backpack was gone and only his towel was there. In his backpack were a wallet, car key, and his clothes. He asked around and searched the park, trash cans, and such. Then went to the entrance asking if anyone turned it in, and had them call the police.
Please always carry your valuables with you at all times and have an extra set of clothes in your car in case those get stolen.
Bag thieves are at Beaches,,,,, why not nudist beaches too?

other than being really dumb to keep all that stuff in a bag, not the car. Sorry to hear that. I have left my stuff there many many times. I never any thing of real value, Carry my phone & keys. Sad to hear that happened to anyone. I would be nice if they had some lockers at restroom perhaps. I leave my stuff with a group- we all watch each others stuff. I have seen some guys bikelock their cooler or cart to the fence @ 13/14. I wonder if his stuff was up in the trees or down on the rocks?
