Have you began your restoration yet? Either way, the most effective methods depend on your current anatomy. How loose your skin is now when flaccid and erect and how thick/playable is the skin on your penis will be factors that need to be considered. The other main consideration for beginners is where your scar is on your shaft...how much external/internal skin you have. External penile skin is thicker than internal or what was once internal. Various methods will be more effective than others depending on these anontomical traits. It is easy to go to far to fast and develop micro abrasions on the more sensitive tissue which can create scar tissue...which is neither soft nor pliable.
