They seem to no longer be active on eBay. My purchase was about a year ago.
A Dore suit I had custom-made some time ago. I was going for a double-take look with the pouch, 1/4" sides (but not straps), 4" rear and a skin tone fabric. She didn't have exactly the right shade of fabric in stock so we settled on this. It turned out to be even shinier than I expected, since the fabric has shiny discs fixed to it for a look that's almost liquid. It's actually more conservative than many of the designs she used to have on her website, many of which had a true missile pouch.

That would have been at about the same time as I bought these three swimsuits in regular high street shops. I was not an early adopter of the internet.
At the time these were the only swimsuits I owned so I wore them for all swimming and sunbathing.

Looks much better than what was available in Australia at the time, or at least where i was looking. :-) I was buying Homs with ~1.5" sides in the mid '90s (and my Hom string thong - the only one I saw on the rack in Diamaru Melbourne) but similar or skimpier ones were few and far between, although my searches over time were not totally in vain. The Homs also disappeared from stores over time. The last occasion I saw them was a speciality shop in trendy Noosa, while the last one I bought was on a European holiday while in Nice. Rarely wear them now as I prefer my unlined suits but I can't bring myself to mutilate my lined ones!
The UK still has Kiniki and I also found https://jovanadesign.com/ which look magnificent if one does not mind the price and (especially for an Australian) postage. Presumably the High Street selection is still better than here if one does not resort to online shopping.
The Koala website has always had out-there designs from when I first found it sometime in the '90s. I knew I probably would never dare to wear many of their suits but fascination with the daring styles and the occasional sale eventually tempted me into placing an order or three. Some purchases still have not seen sunshine, but many have since they are not too radical, or otherwise I was just feeling bolder on occasion with some of them.
One of their 'go-anywhere' styles has a nice naturally-shaped pouch, a rear that's perhaps 50% and sides of about an inch with a ring detail, for just a little bit of a statement (as if going skimpier and bulgier than a standard Speedo isn't statement enough). I have this basic style in black with metal side rings and also white with imitation wood side rings. I say they're go-anywhere and that's certainly true for the black, however the white is as sheer as you imagine it to be once wet, and it needs to get fairly dry before the sheerness fades away. Since it can leave nothing to the imagination, it is worn with more discretion than the black.
I did have a third Dore suit that was in-between the other two in boldness. Regular red fabric (unlined - these Dore suits were my first unlined ones - and ever so slightly sheer when wet) but I wanted this one too be a really skimpy version of a classic three-panel swimsuit. The pouch was well defined and shaped without it being pointy and the waistline was low but not super-low. The rear was about 50% coverage and just high enough to not show cleavage. I wanted the sides to not be separate straps but again be a part of the front and rear panels, but only 1/2" wide until they flare out for the pouch and the rear.
So, a classic style reduced to a minimum. Unfortunately I've misplaced it, so no picture. :-( The search is ongoing...
Does this count as a bulge? It's certainly brief, and I think it's at the underwear end of the spectrum rather than swimwear, but then at this point it may not matter much should you be seen in it. It's cheap, it was found on eBay and it came from China.
Putting it on can be a challenge since getting the shaft placed all the way into the tip without lose material left over is a challenge. Once on, the feeling is strange as the waistband and thong rear is felt as normal, but the front pouch feels like you're wearing nothing, such is the form and the way the fabrics fits all over.
Slight tumescence in this photo, which is not unexpected given the manipulation needed to put it on. Once on, the cut also keeps things in the position shown, even if shrinkage means the sides start to gather.
