I think my dick is pretty small when it's soft. But I love to see him when he's hard.
Sometimes I want to show it to others already erect, but it's not always possible

I'm less than 2" when flaccid dut it does grow nicely to a 6" handful. Gives me great pleasure!

I'm defintely small when soft, and my junk hangs low between my legs, not pushed out front like many men.. I wish I was larger because I enjoy showing a good bulge. Only a few of my pants have a design that offers a view of my bulge.

But when I'm rock hard, I'm a pleasing 8" and I love it! Love showing my bulge then!
