I never use back pockets so I removed them from some of my trousers and jeens. Now I can stand at the bar feeling my bum without anybody knowing. Oops I just got a hole in my front trouser pocket....
A fun trick is to either ware out a hole or cut a hole in your pocket either front or back pockets, which ever part you like touched or played with AND ask someone while your hands are full to please help you get your keys out of your pocket, much to your surprise your keys aren't even in your pockets, but fun for them to be fishing around in there searching for them and find the hole and what's on the other side of the hole.

The hole needs to be big enough for their hand to slip through. They will soon find what they are looking for.

I used to sit in class 'way back in the 7th and 8th grades and play with my penis through a hole in my trouser pocket. I've got a pair of 501's that have worn through near the bottom of the zipper. The hole is maybe the size of a dime, so it's not big enough to get a hand through, but a finger will fit. The hole is also low enough that nothing really shows, other than some shadowy bits. They are great to wear to see what sort of attention they draw, though!
