I always shower naked before and after swimming and don't take a towel with me for the walk between the shower area and the changing benches. I don't bother to notice whether anybody is watching me or not - that's their choice.
Once I was invited by a friend to visit his health club. I had a similar experience at Clover Spa Hotel this morning.
I had gone for my usual pre-breakfast walk round the garden and, as usual, had to wash my feet before going to breakfast so I had my full morning shower in the open plan shower room. While I was showering one of the lady staff members came in. I didn't notice her until she said "Good Morning" upon which I replied and we had a short conversation. About the garden, the weather and the fact that, as I needed to wash my feet I decided to have my morning shower. I think I was soaping my genitals when she came in but this was not mentioned, either then or when she served my wife and I with our breakfast.
As usual - a complete non-event.
I remember visiting a big Austrian Spa with a pool, saunas, steam room and a caf. It was part of an even bigger textile indoor water park but the Spa area was strictly nude-only. It was refreshing how we all showered, bathed relaxed and ate completely naked amongst strangers of both sexes without any fear of unwanted behaviour.
I'm reminded of it when up to 60 of us take over the local Turkish Baths - all fully naked, all ages (above 18) and both sexes mixed together. There are changing cubicles but the curtains are never closed. On normal nights those using the Turkish baths wear swimwear as they shower and enjoy the steam room, hot rooms, plunge pool and jacuzzi and take coffee together. We do it all with everyone completely naked. Again it is so natural and relaxed. I love to see and be seen. But sometimes my glasses get steamed up.
