I do wear a watch with metallic case a wrist band. I you remove it and try to put it back on after 10-15 minutes, it's burning. But if it was already in contact with your skin, it is getting your skin temperature. No burning.

If you understand physics, you will know that the part in contact with you will have your body temperature. A cockering well fitting around your dick will not burn you. I talk by experience too.
