I always pull mine back otherwise it sprays all over the place.Pulling it backstops the inside of your foreskin getting covered in pee, especially for those with long foreskinsand it gives you a clear aim, just shake the drops off and it goes away dry. Amuch more hygienic way of doing it than leaving the foreskin forward.

I don't feel the need of pulling back my foreskin while peeing, and it doesn't sprays....but that means I have to wash my foreskin after peeing, so if I am in a public toilet I pull back my foreskin but at home I do it as is and the wash my penis and foreskin.
