Us guys with pulled-back foreskins can have another problem during sex. That is pulling, and maybe tearing the fraenum during feverish action.

I've never experienced any problem when pulled back. I much prefer the look and feel. Possibly my biggest turn-off with a sex partner is a tight foreskin that doesn't retract. Love to see a nice big glans either cut or skinned back.
