The United States of America's founding fathers, Adams, Jefferson, Hancock and General Washington were all I expect uncircumcised. Probably all American presidents at least until the 20th century were uncircumcised. I figure Roosevelt, Truman and Eisenhower were all uncut. I wonder about JFK? Johnson was probably uncircumcised, as were likely Nixon, Ford, Reagan and George H.W. Bush. What about Jimmy Carter and what about Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama? And then, of course Jesus Christ was circumcised.

Great thing about nudists - you don't have to guess - you can
generally tell if they are cut or uncut. ;-) I do often see men clothed and wonder - cut or uncut. Am I the only one?

i think most born in the 18th -19th century and before were born at home probably attend by a mid wife or maybe a country doctor and the last thing on their mind was circumcising a baby but i do think maybe some males as they got older might have felt discomfort or for religious reasons decided to get cut . just a thought and again i think no one should get cut at birth but make that decision on their own.
The ancient Greeks were uncut. Whilst the Olympics were competed in the nude it was considered indecent to expose the penis head. They even tied something round the end of the foreskin to ensure that didn't happen. Looking at the artifacts from Pompeii it looks like the ancient Romans were uncut too. No doubt Moses was cut and King David. But looking at Michelangelo's statue he would be uncut. All the Florence statues show uncut men so it's likely the people were uncut in Florence when they were carved.

Just a thought, my grandfather and his brothers were all circumcised as newborns. Even though they were born in their parents homes and born between the years of 1904-1911. I have an account ledger my great-grandmother kept of their expenses in their rural farm home. At the time of each boys birth, there is an expense for having the doctor circumcised the boys. I think it was like $3.00 which probably was a lot of money to poor farmers. In his failing health I had to help care for my grandfathers personal hygiene. I know he was in fact circumcised. He also had a big dick! LOL I love my genes!
