Mine will swing nicely at times, I remember being on nude hikes in the desert, and they hung low in the heat. Other times my scrotum shrinks right up. A few years ago I had a hydrocele which made my balls look very big. It didnt change my behavior of using open showers at the gym. I think it got around that theres a guy with a giant sack and suddenly more guys were going through the shower room and taking a quick look.
