Low hanging swinging balls are great until a guy sits on a regular size toilet. My balls swing down in the water. Which is not too bad until I pee in there and drop a load. I don't like my balls hanging in that mixture of Yuck. Both of my toilets have a 17" seat from the floor. The new type with the water saving tank.
