Lot 4 and lot 5 are open today. It is slow going because all traffic is being escorted one lane at a time.

The paving people say about July 7. It was supposed to be done last week, but the company that tests and certifies the asphalt mixes was running behind.

They said the whole road will be open for the holiday weekend though not totally finished. Lee
