Trussed balls
I like the tension in my sack when my balls are trussed. I saw a vid of a sumo wrestler putting on that thin strip of cloth they wear and used it to tie my balls so tight they were separated. It produced a bit of precum as you can see.

It's useful to have them trussed if you want needles stuck in them. The sack needs to be tight.
