Male contemplating divorce - who is out there?

General question - I'm seeking advise, not advertising myself at this time.
I'm a 40's married male (10+years) who has been cheating on my spouse for a while. I want to fully explore the lifestyle, and hoped that my partner would come to look at it openly with me, but I have determined that she won't ever get there. I really don't want to leave her, but I have a feeling this is my only time around on this rock and I want to enjoy it to the fullest.
My question: what are my chances of finding a woman who will share this type of lifestyle with me? Are there a lot out there, or are they as rare as hens teeth?
Ladies - if you are someone who is potentially looking for a guy - what are you looking for in him, and what type of life would you want together? I'm not actively looking, but I'm very interested in hearing from you. Are you in such a relationship? How well does it work for you and what issues have you had?
