Certification

I'm having difficulties certifying, anyone have suggestions or who I can send questions about why I keep getting rejected? I've tried several times without success! I signed up as an individual and in a relationship, but get denied for needing "couples" info, and also for no ID, even though I clearly state the info required.

I know this is an old post but having been rejected 5 times. I wanted to explain how I finally got certified. I picked up a couple of things from other members and finally got past it. So how did I finally get certified? I took the first picture with just my face and ID... License. Not the printed page they generate with user profile information. The second picture was nude with the printed page and the random item I had to hold. Its confusing, because what they say they want, is not what they really want. First photo: Face with ID. So much of this process makes little sense. I will go through the process soon but really, there are tons of nude pictures of people not certified. I am not sure what the real value of certification is. I get showing proof of age, though I have never been asked for that on any other adult site. I dont blame the owners because I suspect they are following some guidelines they were given by someone who supposedly is authoritative.

As a follow up, I wanted to verify my age but cant find any where to do it. Only certification. I could not locate a drop down menu that has it.

I, too, have never been asked to show proof of age on other sites. And they are just as explicit, maybe more, than here. Something is not right here. There must be another reason. My friend thinks it is to harvest data to sell.

I would like to get certified here, but English is not my native language, so maybe I didn't understand the process very well and I will try to ask here: if i understand correctly i need two photos. The first where I will be dressed holding the certification sheet and the second where I will be naked holding the certification sheet together with a water bottle.
Does it have to be a full body photo and must the genitals be visible? I also see that a photo of the ID card is probably necessary, must all the data be visible? So are these three photos required to be certified as true swingers?
Sending a photo of an ID card to someone unknown does not give me any pleasure. Must all data be visible?
Is that all I need for this? Thanks for the reply and sorry if I didn't understand the assignment well, it's not very clear to me.
I sent a similar question to tech support, but no one even bothered to answer me, so I'm asking here.

No one answered me, so I'll answer myself: Well, the certification is already approved and it was really as I thought - a total of three photos: the first dressed with the certification sheet, the second naked with the certification sheet (the dick was not visible there) and then a photo of the front of the ID card. Well, that's it!
