Chatroom restrictions.

Don't mention Whereby in the TS chatroom. I did and got banned! Makes no sense to me. If TS allows this group, then why can't you mention Whereby in chat. What other draconian rules do they have?

Very true. They do not allow and third party site mentions or invitations.

The reason is simple. The group is for people who want to set up arrangements for 1 on 1, or larger group meetings in advance. But a guest or a member entering the chat here can strip the room of participants in a few minutes if they know how to work it. This poaching happens a lot online especially in smaller communities. You don't see ads for Pepsi in Coca Cola head office.
