Hemp ankle bracelet

I wear a heavy silver anklet on my right leg and have wondered the same thing?

Hi, just curious does a hemp ankle bracelet worn by a guy mean anything. Does it matter which side?

We don't exist in traditional societies anymore, or most of us don't and while anklets have had meaning over many centuries in many cultures, there's nothing inherently meaningful about an ankle bracelet let alone a hemp one. The truly self conscious and homophobic will make a big deal out of any single item of jewelry and insist it means you are gay one way and hetero the other but literally no one does this and if they do, no one else is aware of it. I'd say 999/1000 it means he went to a beach and bought it or his gf or bf did. I wouldnt read anything in to it.
