Black's Beach, in SanDiego California - where to go, what are the rules there ?

Hi All,

I never been there and I will be in San Diego for a couple days in about 1 week. Would love to hit the Black's Beach, clothing optional section of course.
I will be alone.

Any tips on where to be for a perfect secluded place ?
What is the best place for perfect freedom ?

I saw on Google Maps some trails, La Jolla Trail (beach access?), and Ho Chi Minh Trail. I know nothing about these. I was wondering if you can do both naked ro if you need to have your clothes on.
From the Torrey Pines Gliderport, it seems to have the Citizens Trail to go down the beach. Can you be naked on this one or you have to wait to be by the beach ?

Do you spot many cockering and hard on there or not really?
