What if a woman in her 30s were swimming alone, but wanted to be approached by a man in their 30s/40s to talk and touch. How would she let that be known?

I would approach them and smile and start a chat with the usual lovely weather etc, are you local,come here often,love the feeling of being naked etc and if they respond you can casually make body contact with a foot or leg and then if they are responsive maybe touch yourself and see what happens.
