In the last week I can get all the way into chat and then that damn "do you want a tutorial?" pop up comes up and locks everything up. I can see the ongoing chats but am stymied. Have to close out and reenter just to get to my feed. Whats with that????? could use some help here.

I have had a red, new email notification for a couple weeks but no new email. How do I fix?
