Skype is out of service... Looking for alternatives

Skype is not working anymore.Microsoft wants us to install teams which has very strict no nudity policy
So looking for alternatives to create group where people are anonymous and know only by some id and not any phone number ( like in WhatsApp, telegram etc)

Please suggest some alternative to Skype if anyone knows about this

Many of us here like whereby.com.

Whereby is good..but not so friendly with chatting when away or share pictures when chatting with multiple people or create separate groups

Teams seems to work, and Telegram is easy peasy too, with some great privacy options
